從比微小的粒子的物質開始到人類意識中的組織，再到整個宇宙之間的聯係，組織的存在是自然形成的。而這種自然結合是某种引力的驅使下合成，以保住最大利益的存在空間。自然的力量是無法抵擋的，因爲它是那麽的自然。

My Job Interview Essay

Essay Title: “What are your hobbies? Do you believe hobbies are beneficial to academic success? ”Yes/No

As we know, every one of us may have different kinds of interest and hobby. Hobbies can be physical or mental activities, it is depends on individual personality. They can help a person in psychological development. Hobby is your usual practice close to your life every day and has impact on characteristic and attitude in life.

In my opinion, I think that hobbies are not able to beneficial to academic achievement in current education system. Generally, the academic achievement has been standardized by the standard of institution. It is difficult to evaluate people who are active in sport or with very well organization skills by giving them a piece of paper and pen. By the way, I would like to share my hobbies as below.

Soccer is one of my favorite physical hobbies since form sixth in school. I have been playing soccer with friends during my leisure time, while some people consider soccer as an entertaining sport activity. I think that soccer is like a platform for competition so far .In another way, I realize soccer is a sport of art which makes up the emotions of friendship. There is no discrimination on the basis of race, religion or colors of skin in soccer.

In the sport of soccer, I’m a person who always likely to play as a mid-fielder position. This position is the most suitable for and preferable to me which is because mid-field player often plays an important role to organize and control the whole game on either attacking or defensive strategies. As a mid-fielder, I like to be a starter to initiate our attacking strategies. I usually start up with a variety of fantastic skills to confuse our opponents players in order to proceed our team’s attacking strategy by passing the ball to striker. Consequently, the striker will execute his sprint into a fierce competition with the opponent defenders. Indeed, I always stands by to assist and support the strikers and teammates.

A good mid-field player may also responsible to communicate with defenders. It is a middle person position. Sometimes, I need to do successive passing according to my skill and decision making. A single missed pass or hesitation is highly possible to ruins down our scores or cause to a dangerous situation to defenders.Althernately, the opponent will take an advantage of launching a counter-attacking approach to us instantly. This situation will cause a trouble to our defenders. For me, I will immediately back up to the defenders. However, I would be aware of those mistakes in next time while passing the ball. I have learned from mistake and figure out a mindset, that I should straight forward to make a decision when I encounter any critical condition. Otherwise, I would be exposures in risk to fail.

My hobby with sentimental element is painting. I would like to share little bit about this area by recalling my memories from my secondary school. I’d like painting and drawing in classroom while teacher was teaching in the class. In traditional perception, painting is not a way of long term career. I had to struggle and concentrate on my higher education after graduating from secondary school. Hence, I view it as one of the hobby for life.

During my unemployment time, I had came out with a sense, has sparking up my painting passion in painting again. When I have an abstract image in my brain; I will sketch out in a draft paper. I would decide to paint by using oil painting tools. I’m a beginner of oil painting because of lack of techniques. Without the formal training, I have started to search information from internet such as YouTube, Google and also sharing ideas with some people who are in it or professional artist of oil painting. The image is quite large and abstract. Therefore, I have to separate it in four partitions. It is more efficient to complete by four partitions of canvas respectively. The purpose of the separation is because to avoid careless mistakes may possibly caused the whole picture is spoiled. I still on the progress to improve my skills and practice make perfect for the next creation of painting.

The title of my paint is related to experience of life, has named in French as La Monde du Capitalisme (The world of capitalism).This is an expression of my emotional thinking though the paint where the world is rules by group of capitalists and illustrated the selfishness of human kind. This is simply great way to unwind at the end of a stressful day and enjoy my own imaginations of creativity.

Meditation and thinking are considered as my favorite activities in life. Since I was young, I already have a lot of curios motive to find out the truth behind those incident happened. Fortunately, I studied in science stream especially I’m physics and mathematics students. According to Albert Einstein, he has two quotes with respect to thinking, “Imagination is important than knowledge” and “Reading too much and uses his own brain too little falls into lazy habits of thinking”. Our knowledge is being applied basing on what we know and experience from the past. Precisely, we can solve our everyday problems basing on our knowledge. Eventually, I believe that creativity and imagination of thinking are allow us to tackle our problems with more widely mind, flexible and difference type of the ways to overcome its. However, the convention academic system nowadays may not allow you think out of the box. Alternatively, this hobby is allowing me to analyze pros and cons of the problems all the time in my daily life.

Above of these, there are several hobbies such like reading and listening to classical music, games, and internet browsing are my hobbies as well. I feel that I’m getting a release my daily stress through participating these activities. Hobbies are daily practices that allow us to understand more on exploration of our inner character and personality.

China Officially State Visit In Malaysia

Recent news about the Google direct translation from sentence of Malay language to Chinese language has become a topic of Malaysian Chinese to discuss in Facebook and other media.Here, I would like point out my personal opinion and views.


With respect to the wrong Chinese translation has implicitly indicated that the Malaysia government agency does not much concern to local Chinese education and society.Malaysia Chinese is always proudly to present to the world that we're having a entire Chinese education system among the Non-Chinese speaking world.According to Federal Constitution of Malaysia, Article 152, other language(mother tongue) education is freely to speaks,to teach and learn or use.Since the history of past century ago,Chinese immigrant has already contribute and developed an education system until today, we have a completed Chinese language education system from primary school until higher level education included Chinese language linguistic in local university.Of course do not deny that, Malay Language as a National language is a must qualification to enter Malaysia local university.

China is fast growth economy in recent years, government alert that Chinese language become important international language for trading and integration relationship with China.The translational words carries out in banner, simply to show their respect to China.On the other view as Malaysian Chinese as mine,Unfortunately, this is typically exposure from the federal government department seem to be ignored the effort of Malaysian Chinese in Chinese language education.This kind of phenomenon no longer be a news in local Chinese community,only difference at this time was nakedly published to the world.I'm not grumble to government, but I feel very disappointing.

From this issue raised out, we can review to local Chinese political representative party, Malaysian Chinese Association,MCA. MCA has apparently abandoned by local Chinese support either in last general election or last session election in Borneo State of Malaysia.By the edge of observing to MCA has continuously retained demanding votes from local Chinese community in next election.This announcement is a suspicion to me,that are they still play a significant role for BN to "hire" them as employee?Would they able to play role as mediator in government agency?A simple translation in Chinese language was wrongly interpreted has obviously shows their status and implication in government and in the party of Barisan National,BN.Ultimately,there is a doubtful condition.I think should stop the topic here and you make your analysis by yourself.

The response of ,WenJiaBao could be predictable,replied " doesn't matter " on the issue of translation.This is due to the officially state visit was emphasized on issue of beneficial to China-ASEAN multilateral international trading affairs and regional issues.By comparison to Indonesia,Malaysia should take responsible, as a formal diplomatic relation between Sino-Malaysia.I think not President Wen take it as "doesn't matter" but is Malaysia government does not take seriously on diplomatic protocol for China official state visit to Malaysia.Attitude Tak ada apa Tak ada apa(Do not put effort and care) of government agency has commonly well-known in local nation,and has been promote to world media.As for translation language issue,It is just a tiny dust blowing across the road.China would understand that do not interference in each other's internal affairs.


I'd read some article,here there are some words have to delivery to those people who lack of sense of political in internet.Do you think that this is embarrassing to our Malaysian image to China?This is signifying our government doesn't mange their resource very well.Precisely,the federal government should alert to reformation and appreciate contribution from all nation in order to gain more votes in the coming election.As a citizen of Malaysia,We should identify clear direction of our political capital and made the most significant decision.

一场车祸

一个周末的早上，昏昏的醒来打算去打壁球。

由于是路口，都是在望左往右看车子来往，

没有车后，自然会踩油向前行驶。

就在一个转弯口，我的车不知不觉轻轻地踏下油门一下。

Bang!一声！

整辆汽车瞬间震了一下。

我知道什么事了，但却很平静。

下车看看，我撞到了别人的车尾。

不久，大家都行驶到路边谈判。

谈判过程，

我很直接的说“修理过四百，要是报警，要不然分期付款，我没有钱的。”

我知道撞到车尾，就是我错了，可以做的是减低我的赔偿金而已。而且那是一辆ＶＩＯＳ。

我自己的车，毫无损坏。

他说“年轻人，有事好好商量的说”

长话短说，

于是，我们就到一家汽车维修工厂看看车厂报价是多少。

我也乘坐他的车子到一家工厂。

在车上，

他问　：“刚毕业的？”

我说：" 是 "

他再问 ：“ 读什么科系的？ ”

我说 ：“ 数学 ”

其实不然，而是每个人都是自私的，我只是根据大众的思维模式。

尤其是掌权者，金钱挂帅主义的社会。

事情是这样的发展，

他谈到 ：“ 你满二十一，有注册当为选民？ 应该要有公民意识，再说你是一名大学生。”

我回答他 ：“还没有，选不选都是一样的 ，看开点。”

这个时候，我也发表我的看法给他 ：“ 当初进入大学，我也是一个对未来感到热诚的活跃分子，心里充满热血的认为我国的政治不平等对待某某族群，还是什么的bla bla..，不过，现在，先生，看开点啦。”

他 听了我这样的回答好像有一点生气和语气有点重的说 ：“那里一样 ！，你可以改变一些人的命运的，你懂吗, 华文小学的经费，政府的拨款津贴是有限和不公平的对待，如说，电费和水费，华小可以拿到政府的津贴是两千块，但是整间学校的运作电费和水费是十千++，剩 余的经费都是家教协会筹款来填补的。这不是一个个别案例，而是一直以来发生的问题了，我们需要改变！尤其是年轻人，更是要出一分力。”

我再说：“ 现在每个大学生刚刚出来社会工作的，都负债累累，学费贷款，车款卡债，屋租/屋款 ，我捉十个大学生，九个都是忙事业的，还有一个是失业的，谁的空理那些琐事的，这些事，知道可以了，有能力是才出钱出力。”

我也不耐烦的谈这些太多，心里念到大学生有怎样，

现实生活够残酷了，还谈什么争取什么的，专心于事业发展和赚钱才实际啦。

大家都希望生活过的好一点罢了。

我都不知道明天会不会经济萎缩或失业，

我都不知道什么时候我会被通膨淹死，

现在都已经缺氧了，搞好经济为上策。

我 也补充的说 ：“ 恕我主观的分析，目前，我国华人比例下降的趋势，大约从200X 年22%大约现在剩下20%而且每年不断的下降的趋势。在这种情况下，你很难争取任何的权利的，加上某某代表华人的政党，更是狼狈的附属为傀儡形态。根据 我的分析和某某友人告知，选举的地区划分会分化选票来提升当权者的政治选票筹码，如四区可以划分为五区。再说，无论谁是当权也好，也是各为自己利益为考 量，政治只是给与人性的一个平台，人性是自私，贪婪的，要认清这点。如果我没错的话，某某华裔部长已经拥有别国的公民权了。留下这个地方只不过捞取更多的 利益，才扫扫屁股走人。留下来的，就是我们了。”

说到在此，我心里已经是黯然神伤了。

报章经常说年轻人对政治冷感，做部长的领导人都这样。

还要年轻人怎样的学呢？上梁不正，下梁歪。

他感慨地举另一例子，他告知我一个故事，

一对为教育界贡献和付出了二十年的夫妇，

他们儿子拥有优异的成绩却得不到奖学金出国升学，找部长也帮不到。

为了儿子教育，闹上教育部谈判，教育部的回复是冷漠和无视，他的父亲气到，把整个桌子翻台了！

当然他们夫妇的不到他们要的结果。

最后卖掉自己的屋子供儿子出国升学。

实情是怎样，我也听听就好，不以致评。

主观的根据大众的思维模式，其实不是每个人都是自私的，只是大家都有苦难言。

很多是都是一种循环。在金钱挂帅主义的社会，尤其是掌权者和富裕群，同时的在掌控着别人的命运，社会责任更为重大。

吾尽能为吾能为之，勿为己难为之。

暂时故事到此，

懒惰写了，总之最后，我也赔偿了他维修费。

他也说了一句 ：“高兴认识你，希望不是在这样的情况下”

我说　：“我也是。”

现实

资本主义社会仿佛像是个权威性的强盗模式，
大方的谋夺你的时间与资产，
也愿意以为它效劳。
现实的生活犹如狠狠的被肛交，

待业中的视野

先述说最近面式的经验和感受，
近来，不断的在网上申请了多份工作，
也面试了几分工作，面试其实都是很主观的，
慢慢的模拟出自己所要的工作方向，面试其实是很好的经验 去了解公司和自己的工作范围和方向。进而更确实的了解自己未来的工作导航。
可是，每次在做决定的关键时刻，我承认还是很缺乏了果断性，
面对多方面的选择，自己很容易迷失最初和最终的方向。

对于薪金来说或许重要，无以为然最重要也是最为忧心的事情其实的那个工作前景，
其次是你是否可以掌握工作性质从中带给你的满足感，这样才可以驱使你继续拼搏，
虽然，在面试的过程里，有时候我面对错误，挫折，
有时候一些问题问到我不想去回答了，
因为，我回答的问题我已经回答过很多次了，
比如，5年内的事业计划，
当然每个人都希望这样那样的成功。
成功不是必然的，
努力是当然的。
很想回答他们，
你每年给我的升职加薪和花红，就是我的成功了。

我在时间的长度中游走，
一个空间和时间之间的关系，
如果，我在一个巨大无限零度空间里赛跑，

无业幽冥

暂时性失业，
茫茫人海，漫漫人生，
最近发现，原来人类的生活和动物的生活其实没有多大分别。
尤其是哺乳类，
我们工作拥有薪金换取食物和生活来生存。
动物捕食猎物取得到食物来生存，
两者都是存在着共同简单的原理-----适者生存的条件。
查尔斯·达尔文，人类进化论都有提过的了。
基于这个言论，偶然发现
无论择偶竞争，生存条件，无可否认，人类拥有无限的想象力和创造力，大概是创造力的驱使下，呈现出所谓的进步的象征。人们只是程序上和思考上比较复杂化，基本上其本能其实都没有什么改变，其次只不过于是模式而已。应该说是现实的定律，无法可以改变的事实。不知道你是否赞同？

世界杯

写写而已，

1998年，
世界杯就开始看巴西了，当时有3R组合，罗纳多。

2002年，
中四时都是有观看和在班上听听赌球的同学，在后面高谈轮唱的，欢呼声，吵闹声中， 还是忆起当时的青渉时光。

2006年，
我忘了当时的我过去的记忆了，那年，世界杯应该我都没有关心。我真的没有什么记忆。

2010年，
回顾往年，原来是我第四届观看世界杯了。现在观看的心情也是在茫然的生活中寻找乐趣。无他的，就是看看足球员们的职业生涯，足球就是他们成名的事业。他们的技术，合作，策略，决定了他们的去留。看了太多场，也累了。

朋友，我觉得他们可以是你生活的配角，扮演角色可以是伯乐，也可以是恶魔，
通常恶魔会多一点。我也是别人的恶魔。朋友开心就好。

自己。你要怎样的人生，
你的想法在其中。
成功与否，都是自己的决定。

演员，
至于，你要如何去演绎你的人生，那就由你去发挥了，
我对自己的这部人生电影已经走到茫茫热海，发展空间需要一个方向。
一个方向需要计划，时间。
导航员，他说你没有指南针。我不能配合你这场戏。
有时候是演得好累，
还要在多个镜头进行多样式的表情，情绪，动作。
我该如何再继续呢？

有些人，开始一场人生演出时，过着的都是美好的。通常童话故事才是这样。
这可能发生在每个人的身上吗？极微之数。
人生本来就是如此。
曾经，有位师傅的口头禅，
我想他应该看破人生了的境界了，也接受人生常态。
世事无常，我们每天身边都周转很多人，很多事，生活琐事，
有时候，回头望望，
有时候，想想前面，
再看看现在。
